Thanks to appropriate grape processing and regular monitoring of concentration conditions – vacuum and temperature levels – products of high purity are produced. These can be filtered and chilled if necessary, making them excellent for enriching and sweetening musts and wines.

They retain the aromatic and organoleptic characteristics of the original grapes, sourced from wine-growing zones CII and CIII. These are low-sulfur products, particularly suitable for the production of grape juices, wines, fruit beverages, fruit syrups, and yogurts.
